Annual Maintenance Program

Terms & Conditions

Periodical maintenance of LPG installed in your premises. To clean, test, adjust LPG burner equipment, check for leakages, welding (if required) of LPG pipeline/ manifold once/twice a week.

Spares: Any spares to be replaced should be reported on our service call sheet and the internal purchase department will issue the quantity as the per the rates specified in Annexure

Kindly note the prices for the spares are centralized for all clients.

All spares, labor and AMC per visit cost will attract a GST of 18%.
The erection of the LPG manifold (gas bank) maintenance of LPG gas pipelines will be given in scope of supply (annexure1) and up-keeping of LPG supply for uninterrupted service in the kitchen.
All the materials used for the fabrication shall be of SS304 of adequate grade.
All interconnections will be verified for intact connectivity to ensure safety and proper fitment.
Leakage in the plan if any will be arrested and demonstration of the system will be provided to the head of maintenance and ensure smooth functioning.
Warranty for the system shall be given for a period of 12 months from the date of work order.
Replacement of spares to restore the plant in the event of repair during the warranty period.

 

Prices: The rates of the AMC per visit will based on the number of burners, gas banks, location of the kitchen and the location. Prices for AMC support is subjected to number of visits per week and per month. Please raise an enquiry for the same.
Service call slip should be duly signed by the Safety officer/ Facility Manager.
The delivery of equipment, parts or spares will be signed by the gate security in the
delivery challan.

Any defective spares to be replaced will be recommended by our technician. Based on his report, we will be forwarding our offer to the maintenance manager for approval. After their approval on receipt of purchase order, we will install the items in the next 48 hours. (Price list of LPG spares will be given to you after we receive the PO). Payment is to be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.

Quarterly payment along with your purchase order(Contract).
GAXTRA will be presenting the service call sheets every quarterly for the Maintenance department to track our continued services.

AMC Time Period are covered for 1-2 years based on the client request.

Supply and Installation of Spares

On receipt of your valued Work Order and as per your
instruction, we will take up the work immediately provided all your work are completed. Initially we will take up installation of Manifold and take the Pipeline up to the Kitchen Main shut off valves. Once the ranges are installed, we will take up the drop line work and connect the same to all the Ranges and complete the work. The minimum period we require will be of 25 days provided all the other work are ready for installation.

All the civil work connected with the above installation are to be carried out by your civil department.

After installation, we will test the entire system with Nitrogen and issue our Test Certificate which will satisfy the concerned authorities. We will give you guarantee for the items supplied by us for one year against manufacturing defect.

Our offer is valid for 60 Days.

40% of the total order value as advance along with your Work Order and the balance 60% is to be paid immediately on satisfactory of installation and certification.

We will issue a Test Certificate along with our final invoice as per IS6044
(Part 1) after completing the testing with N2 pressure testing of the manifold and pipeline and the LPG Pipeline will be painted with fire resistant paint once in a year by GAXTRA.

Inspection and Safety Checks

Internal audits with the mechanics from GAXTRA to check the work done.

Testing and approval of installation will be provided along with the invoice of GAXTRA.
